Regulating Short Term Rentals Toolkit

I was contracted by Third Space Planning, who developed this award-winning interactive toolkit in partnership with Generation Squeeze. It is a comprehensive guide that helps communities design effective short term rental regulations and/or improve existing approaches. It contains best practices, case studies, 17 individual regulatory tools, a sample regulatory program, advocacy options, and more. My roll included report design and layout as well as custom illustrations, infographics, tables and case study one-pagers.
